We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, so to make sure you are happy with the final colour of the paint you choose, we recommend you order a test pot first, as we don’t accept returns of tinted paint if you change your mind.
Non tinted paints, other liquid items and accessories can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original condition and accompanied by your transaction receipt.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
